Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partners. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Unless we agree a different time with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it. If we can't, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Customs and import charges
Prices shown at checkout include all taxes for Ireland and UK orders, and you won't be asked to pay any extra charges on delivery. If you are ever asked to pay an unexpected charge, please contact us before paying.

Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Lost, late or damaged parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, or arrives damaged, email us at support@aurvine.shop with your order number, and a photo if it's damaged. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve an extra shipping charge.
